Jerry Clark, MD:

Dr. Clark is a graduate of Wright State University and of Wright State University Medical School. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Oh.

Dr. Clark is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Clark opened Fairfield Road Physicians in 1988.  He has a special interest in HIV and Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Shah is a graduate of Mangalore University in Manpai, India and of Kasturba Medical College.  She completed her residency at Suny - Downstate, NY.

Dr. Shah is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  She has a special interest in Diabetes.

Dr Shah lives in Centerville with her husband and has three children.

Dr. Kepler has been associated with Fairfield Road Physicians Office since 1999.  He lives in Miami Township.
