Premier ExpressCare offers customer-friendly and affordable medical care through Premier HealthNet. Premier ExpressCare centers are conveniently located in select Kroger stores in Beavercreek, Englewood, and Kettering.
Our centers are staffed by Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners - nurses with Masters Degree training who can write necessary prescriptions and order diagnostic tests.
Premier ExpressCare centers are open seven days a week including mornings, evenings, and weekends. No appointment is needed.

We make it easy for you to take charge of your health care. Check the schedule and come in for a free screening while you’re in Kroger for milk or bread. In many cases, no appointment is necessary.
