North Dayton Primary Care is committed to the total health and wellness of you and your family.

We have been serving the community for over 30 years and pride ourselves on knowing each patient by name. For your convenience, we are accepting new patients and offer same-day appointments.

Established patients are encouraged to sign up for MyChart, a confidential web-based messaging system for convenient communication with your health care provider.

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
