SureCare Medical Center has been serving the Springboro, Dayton, and Middletown areas for over 45 years. In addition to our family practice and internal medicine services, we offer pre-employment physicals, FAA flight physicals, acupuncture, and osteopathic manipulation.
Some of our physicians are currently accepting new patients; however, we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicaid managed care patients.
For your convenience, we offer same-day appointments, as well as evening and Saturday office hours.

Hours of Operation
- Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday (November through April), 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday (May through October), 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
