The Office and Staff and Doctor V were patience, kind and took time with an old lady. It was greatly appreciated.

My Doctor did what he could. Premier was not able to get me the MRI when my Doctor wanted me to have it, which was ASAP. I realize MRI machines are pricey and during the last 3 years, getting an appointment to use one has been the hold up. Premier is putting buildings up as fast as they can. Maybe putting machines in the buildings should get more funding vs a big beautiful building with lots of empty rooms.

I think the nurses could have been a little more personable but they were extremely busy. Like everywhere, there isn't enough staff. The nurses didn't introduce themselves or say hello. They just came in the exam room, sat down at the computer, and started asking questions. They were not interested in me as a person.

My husband and I are fortunate to have such a great family physician who is knowledgeable and gives me the time and attention when needed. His staff is wonderful too.

Scheduling through MyChart was confusing. It appeared my regular primary care physician had no appointments available for at least 6 weeks, so I assumed he was on leave and chose another physician in the group for an acute problem visit. When I arrived, they told me I had been reassigned to my primary care physician because the other physician was "not in the office today". Not clear why the available appointments on MyChart were not accurate.

Dr. Von Maluski is always great and the kind of PCP anyone needs to have. The person sat at the left side the front desk (younger woman) who checked me in was nice and efficient. However, the one at the right side (older woman) was rude and quite unpleasant. After I finished with my appointment and waiting for blood draw, when I looked at my blood work order paper, I saw my employment information was incorrect. I went back to the front desk with the purpose to ask the rude older lady at the right side to correct the information about my employment. She was still talking to another staff which appeared to be a socializing conversation. She saw me approaching the desk, but she ignored me like I didn't exist by continuing socializing. I had to wait for a few seconds for her to finish her chit-chat, before she turned her face and asked what I needed. I informed her that my employment info on the paper was incorrect and needed to be corrected. She kept repeatedly saying 3-4 times that that was an old info and added my insurance info was correct, but did not say if she would correct it for me. ???! Until I had to ask her, so are you going to correct it for me, or not? She said yes, finally. I reply, thank you. Thought I was done with her. But then I saw her making faces with another patient, right after I finished speaking with her. For an unprofessional person like her, I did not need to make any response about it. I have been with this office for more than 2 decades now. Everyone has been very nice, professional and helpful, but her. I never had any complaint until this last visit. I'm a healthcare professional myself with Premier. I do believe her behavior does not reflect Premier's standard professionalism, or any healthcare networks anywhere.

There is a awful phone problem lack of staff, not being able to get thru, hold time of 30 minutes or longer, newer people are very short and sometimes can't get thru phone will ring and ring and disconnect without speaking to anyone. very upsetting. Dr Von Maluski and his staff I rate a 10 but the last 6 months trying to call is awful. Has always been efficient but not now.
