About Deitrice Chapman, MD

Dr. Deitrice Chapman is a graduate of Oakwood College and Loma Linda University Medical School. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.

Dr. Chapman is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health.

Dr. Chapman has been with South Town Family Practice and Premier HealthNet since October 2006.
