Dr Pohlman is among the very best family physicians I have ever had. Smart and up to date on medical studies. Great demeanor and interacts well with me on questions and concerns. We recommended him to our sister-in-law who had been struggling with a serious problem for years. Dr Pohlman has her on a new approach and she has shown remarkable progress. We were not surprised...he is great!

Staff was excellent and online checkin process worked beautifully.

Dr. Pohlman is very patient and thorough. He provides three D examples of the area affected plus a printout of exercises to follow which alleviated the pain in three or four days.

The staff and Doctor Pohlman are fantastic. After my family Doctor retired I had to find a new one. I was very apprehensive because I had been going to my previous family Doctor most of my life. When I found that Doctor Pohlman was accepting new patients I was ecstatic. He was amazing and made me feel like I've been going there all my life. It took 2 months to get in for a new patient appointment

This is the third time in a row, or once every year for my annual that I had to wait in a tiny doctor cubicle for an extended period of time (30 mins?). Time is valuable for everyone. I prefer to find another provider and location. Appears this facility or physician is over booking patients and routinely backed up.

I did not feel rushed and the Doctor spent the time needed to explain things to me.

Dr. Pohlman is excellent. He's patient and listens to my concerns. He explains things thoroughly in terms I can understand.

I'm going to be a little blunt. The content on the television you play in the lobby is really boring. Why don't you hire a receptionist with music talents and have them play music / sing in the lobby? This would take a bit of multitasking. There are plenty of music majors and aspiring musicians looking for jobs. They wouldn't have to be great. As they performed, they would get better and could work for tips. They could sing songs about healthy living like Slim Goodbodys 4 4 3 and 2. YouTube it. I personally am a big fan of hymns.

Dr Pohlman is very thorough and professional. He listens to what I have to say.

The specialists he referred me to were also very good doctors. The only problems are with limitations placed on he and other doctors by the insurance industry. For example, patients insurance should cover full panel blood tests as part of every wellness examine.
