I have been with Dr. Kettel since 2016. He is easy to talk to and I feel comfortable with him. He takes the time at my appointments to answer all my questions and concerns. He is the best doctor I have ever had, and I highly recommend him to people looking for a new doctor.

My appointment was at 8:00am but I didn't even see the doctor until about 8:45am. I took the early appointment hoping NOT to have to wait so long but it didn't seem to matter.

Many questions were answered.

He took his time, I didn't feel rushed.

Doc Kettel is a relatively good doctor. Yesterday he never listened to my heart or lungs and he hasn't checked my feet for quite a while. My appointment was at 3:15 - I waited so long for him that I fell asleep. Then when he did come in I was droggy. He was with me in the exam room for about 20 min to 30 min. It was going on 5 PM when I left there. I wish he could be more prompt in keeping the appointment time. That has been my complaint all the time that I've been using him for my doctor. I give him credit - he does take time with his patients and I appreciate that.

The wait time not only in the waiting room but the exam room is to excessive. A wait time of over an hour in the exam room is not acceptable.

My appt was at 3pm but waited until 4pm to be seen so I had to hurry conversation in order to go get my kids. I think I would have more discussion but didn't have time (due to my schedule). Dr. Kettel would no doubt take all the time needed and I appreciate that

I was scared but the nurse reassured me and helped me thru it.

It was a big help with the information dr gave me and appreciated it very much.

I was on time for my appointment and was taken to an examination room and then sat there for 0ne hour and 15 minutes waiting for the doctor to get to me.

The nurse reviewed my meds with me, took my blood test for an A1C evaluation...apologized for having to stick my finger. Physician reviewed some results from tests ordered by my Cardiologist & was able to help me understand what it meant. He examined my neck to evaluate cause of my neck pain & gave advice on how to manage it. I was satisfied with plan of care & made appointment for 6 months visit.

The office equipment needs repaired. Table is ripped and at least needs reupholstered

I wish ? there was more handicap parking! I've got COPD, and it's very hard on me and others as well, having to park and walk a long distance to get to the door, I was out of breath when I got to the door, someone had to run over with a wheelchair to help me, or bring the people back that use to park our cars for us, other than that my visit was great!

Dr Kettel is a caring person.He doesn't hesitate to get an appointment for a specialist when he feels you need it.He always makes you feel that you can ask questions, and he makes sure that you feel he has given you the best advice.His nurse is wonderful she gets all your information in a pleasant manner and has everything ready so the doctor has everything he needs.I am a senior citizen and I rely upon the care I get.

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, by far the best doctor I have ever had, and his nurse is very professional as well and will answer any questions i might have before seeing Dr. Kettel, they both make a great team. I give them both 5 stars.

Not happy I have cancer but treatment is very good

Dr. Kettel is always one to take the time to listen to me and explain anything that I need . I realize it makes him run late on other appointments, but he never tries to rush through mine.

When checking out the were no receptionist around. The was only one person up front and she was overwhelmed. The person that was to be checking out was in the back having a personal conversation.

Dr. Kettel really makes you feel valued and listens to what you say and I am not an easy patient. It'd be great if all of my specialists had his attitude and level of commitment to care.

there is always a long wait to see the doctor once you get back to the exam room

I felt I was a bothersome seeing the doctor. I heard him talking and laughing with other patients and then comes in my room and was pretty much like what are you doing here. I feel that if something was really wrong with me he wouldn't listen to me. I also feel that he went to school to be a doctor and would like him to tell me what he feels that I need to take or do to stay or get healthy. I did not go to doctor school. This isn't just one episode this is all the times I have been there. Please treat me as a patient. That is all I ask.

My complaint was taken seriously, test done, results discussed & future plan of care decided upon which was satisfactory to me.

I booked an appointment on line for an annual Medicare wellness check. However, when I was in the exam room, neither the nurse nor the doctor knew that's why I was there. They thought it was a routine visit. Someone dropped the ball.

Very satisfied with speed of getting an appointment and felt very reassured with treatment plan we both agreed on.

I waited in the room over 45 minutes and the doctor never showed up to see me after the doctors called and asked me to move my appointment to that day and time. I could hear the dr on the phone but he never came to my room to see me. I'll never go to see that doctor again

Appointment was late by about 1 hour- doctor came in about An hour after the set appointment. My time is valuable too!

I have had upper respiratory infections before and antibiotics always clear it up but the Dr refused to prescribe them for me

Wait time sub optimal Otherwise satisfactory

I think the text about scheduling a Medicare annual visit is misleading and appears to be from my doctors office when it is really an automated process. If reflects badly on the practice.

Dr. Kettel makes me feel comfortable when I have a check up, I never feel rushed and I trust him. The nurses and their personnel are attentive and very professional.

The only concern I experienced was reaffirm. My appoint was at 10 am. I got back to the exam room at 10:45. Then I waited until 11:30 am to see the doctor. 6 patients came in and were seen before me. I didn't leave until 12:15!
