Great experience with DR and staff

Dr. Schulz responded promptly on results of the blood test. Explained why he wanted to check kidney levels. Gave me a thorough exam of my shoulder when mentioning discomfort there. Gave advice about the use of tylenol over the use of advil in ref; to kidneys. Lastly, he makes the visit enjoyable not just all about medicine. His assistant was also friendly and amicable.

I love my doc. and his nurse! They make a great team!

Dr. Schulz is great - The related My Chart support needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT!!!! I shall be working on that (daily).....It would greatly help if some computer, networking and business administration/management talent is assigned to making My Chart provide benefits to patients (as contrasted with the dysfunction and extreme frustration it currently provides - big time!)

Dr Schulz provided immediate relief for my aching elbow.

Appt was not avail that day. I was told the following day only emergency apps available and they could not book those until I called in the next day at 8am and try to get one. I was needing to be seen or I would end up at ER if put off. I know it's not always possible to get in, but I don't like that I had to call back at 8am next day and "try" to get one of the 3 emergency apps. But I love this practice and the Dr and office staff. Just not the new policy on appts.

I always appreciate the care Dr. Schulz gives me, both during appointments and over "My Chart" when needed. I depend on him, and he always delivers in an excellent way. Many thanks!

My doctor is the best I have ever had!!! He listens and treats every aspect of my condition. My family sees him, too. He was wonderful with my stepfather (deceased now), and my mother (early dementia). Dr. Schulz is wonderful!!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Schulz's care and treatment. I like to have the ability to schedule a televideo visit for minor health issues. Although, the last time, the connection timed out while waiting making reestablishing a video link difficult. The visit was done with audio only.

There is no better doctor than Dr. Schulz. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He takes his time listening and then following up. The office team is efficient and very helpful. We are quite fortunate to have this office.

I was advised that I would likely experience pain near the injection site for each of the pneumonia and flu vaccines that I received during this visit. They were correct with the pneumonia vaccine in my right shoulder being the most painful.

I think the term "e-checkin" should be changed to pre-paperwork completion. The other term to me means, "I'm checking in," no need to check in again with the receptionist. Just my thoughts, can cut down on the confusion.
